1- When requesting maintenance for any device, the original invoice must be brought.
2- The laser machine warranty is 2 years, including spare parts and maintenance, except for consumables such as (laser tube - lenses, mirrors and belts).
3- The laser tube is operational warranty only.
4- The warranty does not include fractures and misuse, so that the parts that have been damaged are subject to inspection.
5- We are informed as soon as the machine or printer breaks down or there is a manufacturing defect of any kind, and the customer has no right to perform maintenance without taking permission from the organization, and if he does otherwise, the warranty is forfeited and the customer does not have the right to claim the organization for maintenance on the warranty.
6- Maintenance and sending the technician to the site within 48 hours in large laser machines of size 60*90 cm and above, Flex and Banner.
7- Maintenance is done for small devices by bringing them to the headquarters of our maintenance center in the institution.
8- The warranty does not include changing the location or changing the computer from one computer to another or changing consumables.
9- If, God forbid, the machine breaks down, a technician will be sent, and if it is proven that the damaged piece was damaged due to misuse, a technician visit fee and the price of the damaged piece will be charged.
10- Cake and confectionery printers and thermal printers must be used on a daily basis to avoid drying out the inks in the head, noting that the head of the printer is only a guarantee of operation.
11- The organization is not responsible for the shipment after delivery to the shipping companies.
12- The organization has the right to dispose of the material provided for maintenance without any liability after 30 days after it is provided for maintenance and abandoned by the customer.
13- The unwanted product can be returned within 24 hours before opening or using the product and replacement within a maximum of 3 days from the date of the invoice and in its original condition.
