3- In case you wish to refund the value of the invoice that was purchased by the credit card paid on the same account of the customer's card through the bank and the organization is not responsible for the duration of its return to the customer's account.
4- The device to be replaced in its original condition without any use, with all its accessories, original packaging and all its packaging accessories.
5- Replacement within a maximum of 3 days from the invoice date.
6- Stating the reason for the exchange.
7- The unwanted product can be returned within a maximum of 24 hours from the date of the invoice so that the product is unused and in the condition in which the customer received it.
8- Return the product in case of a manufacturing defect, call Bina and report the device malfunction and bring the device to the service center so that we can examine the device and issue the report by the technician about the condition of the device.
